Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge (3 Ingredients, No Bake)

About This Recipe
This one lives in my freezer permanently. I make a batch, slice it, and whenever I want something sweet I just take a piece straight from the freezer. The two layers look way more impressive than the effort involved — the peanut butter base sets firm, the chocolate banana top stays slightly fudgy, and together they genuinely hit that chocolate craving without needing anything else. Three ingredients for the base. No oven. Stays good for two weeks.

Why These Ingredients

Peanut butter — the base of the first layer. Use a natural peanut butter with no added sugar for the cleanest result. The fat content is what makes it set firm in the freezer without becoming rock hard.
Coconut oil — helps the peanut butter layer bind and gives it a smoother texture when frozen. Don’t skip it — without it the base can become crumbly.
Honey — just enough to balance the bitterness of the cocoa and dark chocolate. You can swap for maple syrup or any liquid sweetener.
Banana — blended with the chocolate it creates a naturally sweet, creamy top layer without any added sugar or cream. The riper the banana, the sweeter the layer.
Dark chocolate — use 70%+ for the best flavor. Melt it gently — microwave in 30-second bursts or over a double boiler — then blend with the banana while still warm.

💡 No coconut oil? You can leave it out, but the peanut butter layer will be slightly denser when frozen. If you want to substitute, a small amount of melted butter works and gives a similar result.
