4-Ingredient Oreo Protein Balls (70 kcal, 6g Protein Each)

About This Recipe
These take about five minutes to make and disappear just as fast. The dough comes together in one bowl — no baking, no freezing for hours, just mix, roll, and they’re ready after 5 minutes in the freezer. The Oreo pieces throughout make every ball taste like a proper cookies and cream dessert. I made 11 and they were gone by the end of the day.

Why These Ingredients
Greek yogurt — binds everything together and keeps the balls soft rather than dry. The thicker the yogurt, the better the dough holds its shape. If your dough feels too sticky, add a little more coconut flour.
Coconut flour — absorbs moisture quickly and gives the dough its structure. Don’t substitute with regular flour 1:1 — coconut flour is much more absorbent, so you need significantly less of it.
Protein powder — adds protein without changing the texture much. Vanilla flavor works best here. If your protein powder is very sweet, skip the additional sweetener.
Oreos — crushed and mixed into the dough they add crunch and that classic cookies and cream flavor. Don’t blend them too fine — you want small chunks throughout, not powder.

💡Dough too sticky to roll? Add coconut flour one teaspoon at a time until it’s firm enough to shape. Coconut flour absorbs liquid gradually so give it 1–2 minutes between additions before deciding if you need more.
