Healthy Donuts (Sugar-Free, High-Protein, No Crash After)

Soft baked donuts with sugar-free chocolate drizzle. Made with Greek yogurt and rice flour. No sugar crash, ready in 20 minutes.

I know healthy desserts can taste like cardboard. These don’t. They’re soft, they have that real donut feeling — especially once you add the chocolate on top — and there’s no sugar crash after.
That combination is harder to find than it sounds.

Ingredients (4–6 donuts):
• 120g Greek yogurt
• 2 eggs
• 2–3 tsp stevia
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 70g rice flour
• 30g sugar-free chocolate
• 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 360°F.
  2. Mix Greek yogurt, eggs, stevia, baking powder, and rice flour until smooth.
  3. Pour into a donut mold and bake for 10–15 minutes until golden.
  4. Let cool completely.
  5. Melt the sugar-free chocolate with coconut oil and drizzle over the donuts.
