The easiest frozen dessert I keep coming back to. Three ingredients for the base, fifteen minutes in the fridge, and you have something that genuinely satisfies a chocolate craving without the crash after.
Ingredients:
Peanut butter layer:
• 4 tbsp peanut butter
• 2 tsp honey
• 1 tsp coconut oil
Chocolate layer:
• 1 banana
• 80g dark chocolate
Topping:
• Your favorite fruits
Instructions:
- Mix peanut butter, honey, and coconut oil together until smooth.
- Spread into a lined baking dish and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Melt the dark chocolate and blend with the banana until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate layer over the peanut butter base.
- Add your favorite fruits on top.
- Freeze for 2 hours, then slice and serve.
Stores in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
