Creamy baked milk dessert with a golden crust. 2 servings, ~300 kcal each, 40g protein per batch. Sugar-free and made in the air fryer.
Twenty calories per piece. I make a batch and it lasts me the whole week — every time I want something sweet I just grab one from the fridge. It’s become a staple.
Ingredients (2 servings):
• 400ml milk
• 50g cornstarch
• 2 egg yolks
• 30g protein powder
• 1 tbsp stevia
Instructions:
- Mix the egg yolks with cornstarch and stevia, then add the milk.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
- Grease a mold with oil or butter and pour in the mixture. Let it cool to room temperature.
- Refrigerate for 2–3 hours or overnight.
- Cut into pieces and brush each with egg yolk.
- Air fry at 170°C / 340°F for up to 10 minutes — take out as soon as a golden crust appears.

~297 kcal · 20g protein · 8g fat · 22g carbs
