Baked Milk Dessert (High-Protein, Sugar-Free, 20 kcal Per Piece)

Creamy baked milk dessert with a golden crust. 2 servings, ~300 kcal each, 40g protein per batch. Sugar-free and made in the air fryer.

Twenty calories per piece. I make a batch and it lasts me the whole week — every time I want something sweet I just grab one from the fridge. It’s become a staple.

Ingredients (2 servings):
• 400ml milk
• 50g cornstarch
• 2 egg yolks
• 30g protein powder
• 1 tbsp stevia

Instructions:

  1. Mix the egg yolks with cornstarch and stevia, then add the milk.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  3. Grease a mold with oil or butter and pour in the mixture. Let it cool to room temperature.
  4. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours or overnight.
  5. Cut into pieces and brush each with egg yolk.
  6. Air fry at 170°C / 340°F for up to 10 minutes — take out as soon as a golden crust appears.

~297 kcal · 20g protein · 8g fat · 22g carbs
